Dear Dixson Families,

As the summer winds down, I am thrilled to welcome you all to the 2024-2025 school year at Carl L. Dixson Primary School! Our staff is eagerly preparing for another year of growth, discovery, and joy for our young learners. We are looking forward to a year filled with learning, exploration, and the cherished Dixson traditions that make our school so special.

For those of you joining us for the first time, welcome to the Dixson family! It is a privilege to have you with us, and I am excited to meet each of you as we embark on this new school year together. We warmly invite all families, new and returning, to join us for our Meet the Teacher event on August 29th. Kindergarten families are invited from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m., and 1st grade families from 9:25 to 10:10 a.m. During this event, you will have the opportunity to meet your child’s teacher and our dedicated staff. Students can explore their new classroom space, including finding their desk, mailbox, and closet hook.

Please remember that the first day of school is September 3rd. We are excited to welcome your children back and start the year off strong!
